Circle photo library

[ Art direction ] [ Brand ]

Until 2024, Circle's digital presence relied on stock photography that felt disconnected from the brand's real global impact within the financial technology space. To solve for this, we partnered with photographer João Canziani for a three-day shoot in Buenos Aires. There, diverse locations and subjects represent the varied contexts where Circle operates, from financial hubs to developing markets. To combine human storytelling with real product values, we drew on visual motifs like shooting through glass (nodding to the transparency of USDC reserves, Circle’s chief stablecoin product) and layered compositions to create depth and energy. The result is a flexible library that works across web, social, and campaigns while maintaining a distinct visual identity.

On the ground in Buenos Aires I helped shape creative direction around real product scenarios and ensured the library scaled seamlessly across surfaces.
